Personal Training
To achieve total body fitness, we create personalized exercise programs for each client. Every program is designed based on the individual’s goals. These exercises are designed to decrease your body fat, lower cardiovascular risks, improve HDL and LDL (high and low density lipoprotein) levels, and decrease the risk of hypertension. The program is customized for all levels of fitness, and is designed for those interested in fat loss or overall health improvement.
Partner Training
For a combined rate, you and your friend will receive all the guidance and experience of a certified trainer with the benefit of companionship while you exercise. This package includes a one-on-one program consultation in which we discuss your prior exercise history and fitness goals.
Pre and Postnatal Training
Whether you are about to begin a family or have just started a family, this period of time will be an exciting experience. Exercising during these times can provide lifelong positive affects for you and your child. Regular exercise during and after pregnancy can improve your self-esteem and overall fitness, help you maintain a lean body composition, prepare your body for the tremendous strain it will undergo, and even make labor easier. Our certified personal trainers are trained in developing fitness programs for all stages of the reproductive process and can make that healthy prenatal and postnatal lifestyle a reality. Together, with the guidance of your doctor, we will create a fitness program with a combination of weights, cardiovascular and fitness training, and nutritional consulting to help you to improve the quality of your life and your child’s during this period of time. Also available is our pre and postnatal outdoor yoga class.

Massage Therapy
Massage has been around for thousands of years. The word “massage” comes from the Greek root “masso" - to touch. Many people consider massage a pampering experience, but it has many important health benefits, such as calming the nervous system, promoting a sense of relaxation and well being, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving blood circulation. In fact, you get the greatest benefit when it is part of your regular wellness routine. Massage can help you maintain physical, mental and emotional well being. Our resident massage therapist specilaizes in both relaxation and therapeutic massage as well as sports massage, tender point therapy and Myofacscial release. Treat your muscles to a massage your body will thank you for it.
