Her sports performance experience has fostered a creativity in transforming athletic-based workouts (speed, power, agility training) into fun, motivating, and challenging sessions that can be tailored to anyone at any walk of life!
As Meggie firmly believes that health and fitness should be a cornerstone in every person’s life, she is dedicated to creating a dynamic, fun, effective, and safe, scientifically-based program that focuses on each client’s individual body and individual goals. Workouts include cardiovascular (aerobic) conditioning, resistance training, core strengthening, postural optimization, flexibility exercise, and functional movement.
Nutrition is an integral part to any fitness objective, whether weight loss or optimal performance. Therefore, Meggie includes nutritional guidance to implement better food choices that fit each client’s individual body and goals. She provides weekly goal setting and direction for practical approaches to incorporating food choices that bring energy, optimize recovery, and that contribute to a leaner, healthier physique.
