The XPERT Static Trapeze course is aimed at those who would like to teach static trapeze as a form of fitness, the course covers all you need to know to enable you to teach a safe and effective class. This training has a focus on working through each move individually to understand the movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting.
