Training Overview
This training will work from complete beginners to advanced inverting on a fly pole, teaching you how to explain each move in-depth and allow your students to understand the dynamics of flying pole, learn how to control the spin and make each move look flawless. This training works through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting when appropriate.
