Hosting an XPERT training at your studio is easy, fun and free!
XPERT is the largest internationally recognised Pole & Aerial Fitness teacher training in the world. Our multi-level training courses are some of the most comprehensive of their kind and have been taught in over 30 countries across the world.
XPERT is an award-winning programme with fully qualified highly skilled trainers across the world.
XPERT Pole & Aerial Fitness teacher training course is powered by XPOLE Our core courses are accredited by some of the leading fitness associations.
You can choose to host a private training or open it up to everyone, the choice is yours.

Hosting a training is an easy process, choose from the options below, choose a training and let us know a date. Our XPERT Team will come back to you with a confirmation as soon as possible.

Host facility is joint responsible for minimums numbers. UK: Minimum 7 paying students. Europe: Minimum 8 paying students. USA: Minimum 8 paying students unless a trainer lives in state or within a 2-hour flight, then this can be 6 paying students. Worldwide: Minimum 10 paying students. Hosting is also available for Live Online. This option is for those who are unable to travel. We require a minimum of 5 paying students. All booking must be paid via directing participants to sign up at www.xpertfitness.com. Registrations numbers must be met three (3) weeks prior to the date of the scheduled training. If the minimum number of registrations is not secured, the training cannot be held and the training date will be rescheduled. There is no penalty to either party if the minimum number of registrations cannot be met.
There are no fees or money exchanged between the host facility and the XPERT Trainer(s).
All payments must be made via the XPERT website.
Host facility receives one (1) free full training registration.

XPERT Hubs are selected studios that work closely with us to provide regular, high-quality instructor training in their area, creating a recognised destination for XPERT education and helping to grow the local instructor community.
What does an XPERT Hub mean? As an XPERT Hub, your studio will:
• Be featured on a dedicated XPERT Hub page on the XPERT website, giving your studio additional exposure to instructors searching for training.
• Green Tick added next to your name when hosting
• Have an official Host badge
• Host a minimum of five XPERT training courses per year.
• Have your XPERT training dates planned and agreed in advance, creating a consistent annual training calendar.
• Become a regular destination for XPERT instructor education within your area.
• Benefit from XPERT promoting the scheduled training taking place at your studio.
• Build greater awareness of your studio amongst instructors and fitness professionals.
• Create additional opportunities to generate income from regularly hosting XPERT courses.
• Develop an ongoing relationship with XPERT and our education team.
What we ask from our XPERT Hubs:
To maintain XPERT Hub status, studios must commit to hosting a minimum of five XPERT courses each year, with dates planned in advance in partnership with the XPERT team. Studios should provide a professional, welcoming and appropriately equipped training environment that reflects the standards expected from XPERT training.

Training Requirements
We need from you:
- 2 consecutive days, preferably a Saturday & Sunday.
- 9 hours per day – we try to start at 9am and finish at 6pm, however this can be adjusted if needed.
- Clean and safe studio space.
- A minimum of 4 x chosen equipment. i.e 4 poles.
- All equipment must be safely installed.
- No animals without prior notice
- On some occasions studios may need to pay a tax invoice for manuals delivery, - XPERT will reimburse
Participants must:
- Have some group teaching experience in fitness or dance.
- 1 year experience in the chosen skill.
- Be available fully for both days.
- Let us know beforehand if they do not speak English or have any disabilities.
- Pay in full before the training.
Please note:
- Host facility acknowledges that each registrant has signed a consent and liability waiver and that if a registrant is injured during the training, Crunch, LLC, X-Pole, XPERT, nor the host facility shall be held responsible for damages.
- Host facility acknowledges that XPERT will market and promote the training with the goal of selling all available registrations beyond the minimum numbers.
- XPERT and the host facility are responsible for promoting the XPERT training to the best of their abilities.
