Hosting an XPERT training is a great way to bring professional education to your community, raise the profile of your studio and give instructors the opportunity to train closer to home.
XPERT Fitness is one of the world’s leading Pole, Aerial and fitness teacher training providers. Our internationally recognised, multi-level training programmes are some of the most comprehensive in the industry and have been delivered in over 30 countries worldwide.
Our award-winning courses are delivered by experienced, highly skilled and fully qualified XPERT Trainers, providing participants with high-quality education, practical knowledge and industry-leading teaching techniques.

Hosting an XPERT Training is Simple
We’ve made the hosting process as straightforward as possible.
Simply choose your preferred hosting option, select the XPERT training course you’d like to bring to your studio and let us know your preferred date.
Once we receive your request, our XPERT Team will review the details and get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

1. First Time Hosts !
XPERT handles all participants’ payments, and your studio receives ONE FREE training place.

1. The host facility and XPERT share responsibility for promoting the training and securingregistrations. Participants must register directly through xpertfitness.com.
2. Registration closes 21 days before the scheduled training date. If the minimum numberof registrations has not been secured, the training may be rescheduled.
3. There is no penalty to either party if the minimum registration requirement is not met.
4. No fees or payments are exchanged directly between the host facility and the XPERTTrainer(s).
5. All participant payments must be made through the XPERT website.
6. The host facility receives one (1) complimentary full training registration.
7. To claim the complimentary place, the host must register using the unique code providedby XPERT.

- Be featured on a dedicated XPERT Hub page on the XPERT website, giving your studio additional exposure to instructors searching for training.
- Green Tick added next to your name when hosting
- Have an official Host badge
- Host a minimum of five XPERT training courses per year.
- Have your XPERT training dates planned and agreed in advance, creating a consistent annual training calendar.
- Become a regular destination for XPERT instructor education within your area.
- Benefit from XPERT promoting the scheduled training taking place at your studio.
- Build greater awareness of your studio amongst instructors and fitness professionals.
- Create additional opportunities to generate income from regularly hosting XPERT courses.

Training Requirements
We need from you:
- 2 consecutive days, preferably a Saturday & Sunday.
- 8 hours per day – we try to start at 9am and finish at 5pm, however this can be adjusted if needed.
- Clean and safe studio space.
- A minimum of 4 x chosen equipment. i.e 4 poles.
- All equipment must be safely installed.
- No animals without prior notice
- On some occasions studios may need to pay a tax invoice for manuals delivery, - XPERT will reimburse
Participants must:
- Have some group teaching experience in fitness or dance.
- 1 year experience in the chosen skill.
- Be available fully for both days.
- Let us know beforehand if they do not speak English or have any disabilities.
- Pay in full before the training.
Please note:
- Host facility acknowledges that each registrant has signed a consent and liability waiver and that if a registrant is injured during the training, Crunch, LLC, X-Pole, XPERT, nor the host facility shall be held responsible for damages.
- Host facility acknowledges that XPERT will market and promote the training with the goal of selling all available registrations beyond the minimum numbers.
- XPERT and the host facility are responsible for promoting the XPERT training to the best of their abilities.
