XPERT Fitness Cancellation & Refund Policy

At XPERT Fitness, considerable planning goes into every training course. When you book a place, we reserve that space specifically for you and may commit to costs including Master Trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, course materials, administration and other delivery costs. For this reason, we operate the following cancellation and transfer policy.

Face-to-Face & Live Online Training
All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing to XPERT Fitness.

More than 30 calendar days before your training
If we receive your cancellation more than 30 calendar days before the scheduled start date, you may request:
• a transfer to another available XPERT training date; or
• Store Credit, this however will be the amount you paid not the value of the course.
• a refund, less 100$ which is reasonable costs or losses already incurred by XPERT directly in connection with your booking and cancellation.

Transfers are subject to availability and must be approved by XPERT Fitness.
All deposits are non refundable.

30 calendar days or less before your training
If you cancel 30 calendar days or less before the scheduled start date, no refund will be provided.
By this stage, XPERT will usually have committed resources and costs to delivering the training and may have limited opportunity to resell your place.
Where required by applicable consumer law, any amount retained by XPERT will be limited to the losses XPERT is reasonably entitled to recover as a result of your cancellation, taking into account any costs saved or our ability to resell the place.
Where circumstances allow, we may offer a transfer to another XPERT training date instead. Any transfer is at XPERT’s discretion, subject to availability and may be subject to an administration or price-difference charge where reasonable and clearly communicated.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Transfers
If you need to change your training date, please contact us as early as possible.
Transfers requested more than 30 days before training will normally be considered subject to availability.
Requests received within 30 days of training will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
A transferred booking cannot subsequently be cancelled for a refund except where required by law.

Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend your booked training without providing prior notice, you will be treated as having cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided, subject to your statutory rights.
Failure to attend all required elements will mean that certification cannot be awarded.
Illness, Injury & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.
If serious illness, injury or exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact XPERT Fitness as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request appropriate supporting documentation.
Depending on the circumstances, XPERT may offer a transfer, credit or another reasonable solution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We strongly recommend that participants obtain appropriate insurance where travel, accommodation or other significant costs are associated with attending training.

Online Self-Learning & Digital Training
Online self-learning courses, downloadable manuals, training videos and other digital products may be made available shortly after purchase.
Where required by law, before immediate access is provided you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content during any applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory cancellation right once supply of the digital content begins.
Where digital content has already been supplied or accessed, refunds will not be available.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by XPERT Fitness
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to reschedule or cancel a training course. This could include insufficient participant numbers, trainer illness or unavailability, venue issues, travel disruption or other circumstances affecting our ability to deliver the training safely and effectively.
Where possible, XPERT will offer participants an alternative training date.
If XPERT cancels a training course and a suitable alternative cannot be provided or accepted, participants will receive a refund of the course fees paid where legally required.
XPERT cannot reimburse independently arranged travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.
We therefore strongly recommend booking flexible or refundable travel and accommodation and obtaining appropriate insurance.

Minimum Participant Numbers
XPERT training courses require a minimum number of registered participants.
Where the required minimum has not been reached, XPERT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the training.
We will endeavour to give participants as much notice as reasonably possible and will offer an alternative training date or appropriate refund where applicable.

Statutory Cancellation Rights
Depending on the nature of the training purchased, how the booking was made, whether you are purchasing as a consumer or for business/professional purposes, and the jurisdiction in which you are located, you may have statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies, XPERT Fitness will honour that right.
Nothing within this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

International Bookings
XPERT Fitness provides training internationally. Consumer rights and cancellation requirements can differ between countries.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide rights additional to those set out in this policy, those statutory rights will apply.
How to Cancel or Request a Transfer

Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to XPERT Fitness.
