Training Overview

The XPERT Aerial Hoop course is aimed at those who would like to teach aerial hoop as a form of fitness, the course covers all you need to know to enable you to teach a safe and effective beginner/intermediate class. This training has a focus on spotting, lesson planning, safe equipment and combinations. Working through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting. If you are looking to become an instructor, assistant or already have years of knowledge this training is the perfect start to your XPERT journey.
