XPERT Aerial Silks teacher training was developed with studios and fitness centres in mind. As the industry has grown there has become a desire to add aerial silks into an everyday fitness regime.
The XPERT Aerial Silks course is aimed at those who would like to teach aerial silks as a form of fitness. The course covers all you need to know to teach a safe and effective aerial silks class. This training has a focus on spotting, lesson planning and safe equipment, and silks specific tricks. Working through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting. If you are looking to become an instructor, assistant or already have years of knowledge this training is the perfect start to your XPERT journey.

You must have a minimum of 12-month aerial fitness experience; this training does have a practical and a written exam. To pass the course you must pass BOTH elements of the training and be able to confidently perform each move within the manual. This training is not to become a professional performer but is for those wishing to teach aerial fitness. You do not have to have a group exercise certificate to do our training, however to gain CEC’s with these companies you need to be a member.
Upon registering for the training, you will receive access to your online anatomy and physiology pre-learning and our move-by-move video library. You will have a lifetime access to these.
