Mental Health Training

The XPERT Mental Health Awareness training is an important course to add to your learning.
This course delves deeper into the role instructors are currently playing in transforming people’s lives and facilitates reflection and growth mindset to improve practice as an instructor. This training enables participants to safely promote their classes as an environment that supports people on their mental health journey. It is specifically aimed at Aerial and Pole Dance instructors who wish to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the mental health of their clients whilst increasing their skills in directly and indirectly supporting their client’s mental health and wellbeing, safely and within the scope of their practise. This training will have a workbook assessment and needs to be completed in full to pass the training.

Booking Face to Face Training – If attending a face to face training, this will be given over 1.5 days, you will be guided through each subject with a trainer and supported along the way.

Booking Online Training – Once booked you will gain instant access to our online interactive manuals and videos. Work your way through your manual and workbook at your own pace, you will need to book a zoom meeting to complete one of the more sensitive modules. The mentor sessions are 4 hours long and can be done in a group of individually on request.
