Static Pole – Level 1 (Beginner / Non-Invert Focus)

This XPERT Static Pole Level 1 training is designed to support instructors in confidently teaching beginner, non-invert static pole classes with clarity, safety, and strong technical foundations.

The course focuses on designing and delivering effective beginner-level classes, covering basic static spins, foundational conditioning movements, transitions, and floor work. Emphasis is placed on how to combine individual skills into fluid sequences, ensuring classes are engaging, progressive, and accessible for new students.

Participants will explore:
Beginner-friendly static spins and holds
Conditioning and strength-building exercises appropriate for non-invert students
Transitions and floor work that complement static pole technique
Class structure and lesson planning, including warm-ups, skill breakdowns, and cooldowns
Health and safety principles, risk management, and spotting considerations
Basic anatomy and movement mechanics relevant to static pole training
Body shapes, alignment, and technique refinement to support longevity and injury prevention
How to assess student readiness and progression, including knowing when (and when not) to move students forward

This training does not include any inverted skills, making it ideal for:
Instructors teaching non-invert or beginner-only classes
Assistants or apprentice instructors
Studios wanting consistent, safe, and well-structured entry-level programming

By the end of the training, participants will have the tools to confidently teach safe, effective, and well-designed beginner static pole classes while fostering strong technical habits from day one.
