Booking a training is an investment, so finding the right one for you is imperative. XPERT Fitness have developed 3 ways of learning and over 15 different training courses, all within the Pole & Aerial industry. Each training comes with a lifetime access to our comprehensive training videos and manuals, access to our Facebook group and some great benefits and discounts. Before you book your course, choose how you would like to learn.
Online Self-Learning – We have carefully put together for you, our in depth XPERT trainings so that you can get as close to the same experience as a face to face training but from the comfort of your own home. Our online self-learning courses can be completed online in your own time; we have no timeline to complete so you can learn at your own pace.
The benefits of the online is that you can take your time and go back to the manual if needed. Each page of the manual has a full explanation of each subject and move, so you can work as fast or as slow as you would like. We also offer lots of additional support if you are wanting private sessions and extra support with our mentors.

Course Structure:
Online Portal:
Once you have signed up for the training you will receive instant access to your online portal, this will allow you to see your orders, add a Wishlist, Check your course information and answer your anatomy and physiology questions. Here you will also find your policies and procedures.
Online Learning:
Within the Course info section you will find your learning portal, you need to work your way through the portal and complete each section of the training.
1: Fill in the Learner Agreement form
2: Download the manual, you can also purchase an hard copy version of the manual. Work your way through the videos and manual. The videos are interactive and have full explanations of each moves, make sure you watch these all and practice the teaching techniques.
3: Download and fill in your workbook, the workbook is a number of questions which need to be completed in your own words, you will then upload this and send this to head office so that this can be marked.
4: Book your online mentor, this is a 2 hour meeting with a dedicated mentor, this is to go through the manual and a great time for you to ask any questions you may have. The mentor session is only compulsory for Static Pole 1&2 but is recommended for all trainings.
5: Complete the written exam. This will be up to 20 questions, all of these will be covered within your manual.
6: Complete your practical exam, this can be completed in a few different ways. You can either send a recorded video, have a private zoom or attend a in person training.
Practical Exam:
What does your practical exam entail?
Your practical exam is split into a few sections, depending on the training.
You will be assessed on your skill level, you will need to be able to film 6 skills and send these to us. These will be split into levels.
You will then be assessed on your teaching skill, this assessment will be split again in levels and will need to include teaching using team work, regressions, progressions and spotting. The course is a refer or pass, you will be given your results and feedback within 14 days of submission.
Completing the course:
Once you have passed the course you can access your portal, this will give you access to your XPERT benefits, your online certificate and your learning videos which you can keep to help you lesson plan. You will also be given an online version of your manual, this will be the most up to date version. You will also be added to the website as an instructor.
